Year in review: C Fylm in 2018

With 2018 coming to a close, we thought we’d take a bit of time to look back on a truly amazing year – and share some of our best bits with you!

We’ve had an amazing 2018 helping to fill Cornwall’s village halls and community spaces with over 300 cinema events, showing films to more than 10,000 people. It’s been our busiest and best year yet. We’ve established new film clubs and seen existing ones go from strength to strength. We made our first film, Cornish Tommies, and screened it to over 3,000 people across Cornwall and across the border in Devon. We’ve had the privilege of working with a fabulously dedicated team of volunteers who run film clubs in and for their local community.

We couldn’t do it without people like you coming to our film clubs, buying memberships and supporting your local club – so a big thank you!

We’ll be back in the New Year with a new month of great films showing in villages across Cornwall, but in the meantime, here’s a small insight into what we’ve been up to this year…
